EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

FINAL SALES

Due to allergen exposure and the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used merchandise. If the tags are cut off the item will be considered used and will not be accepted for return or exchange. It is essential that you use the size charts to ensure you choose the correct size and when in doubt, size up as littles will grow into the soft-soled booties and/or toques. 

 

PLEASE measure your child's foot and/or head according to our sizing charts. If in doubt always go up one size because their growing feet and/or head will be better off with more room than too little.

 

For booties please ensure laces are tightened around the ankle to make sure they do not fall off. Losing a boot is out of my control. Ensuring the boot stays on is up to the person putting on the boot and making sure the laces are tightened properly and stay tied up during the duration of them being worn. 

If you do, by accident, end up losing a single boot I am able to make only a single boot as a replacement and you would only have to pay for a single boot vs. a new pair. Feel free to contact me via email huddybuddies@gmail.com and I can help you with this request. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for unworn booties and/or toques within 14 days from the time you receive your purchase.

A $5 Restocking fee applies per exchanged item.

To initiate an exchange please contact us via email at huddybuddies@gmail.com with the subject “Exchange: your order number”

Please note that the product must be returned unused with the tags still attached and in its original condition.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges:

  • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded.

  • You will be responsible for shipping your items back to us at your expense.

  • Shipping on exchanged items will be applied and payment for shipping must be paid before your new items are sent out.  

 

In rare cases we may not be able to exchange a like for like limited edition product, in this case, we will exchange for an item of equal value.

 

Exchanges on custom orders & sales items are not accepted and are final sale

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for unworn booties and/or toques within 14 days from the time you receive your purchase. 

To initiate a return please contact Huddy Buddies via email with the subject “Return: your order number”

A $5 restocking fee applies to all items. You will be refunded via your original purchasing method minus the restocking fees.

 

Shipping Charges for Returns:

  • Shipping on the original purchase will not be refunded. 

  • You will be responsible for shipping your items back to us at your expense.

  • Once we receive a tracking number or the items themselves you will be refunded via your original purchasing method minus the restocking fees & shipping cost. 

 

If the tags are cut off the item will be considered used and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please do not send back a used item as they are final sale and you will not be reimbursed for them. 

SHIPPING

  • US Flat rate shipping is $ 15.99 CAD. There is no free shipping option available on international orders. 
     

  • Free Shipping Under $150CAD

    • CHOOSE THIS OPTION AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    • This option does not come with tracking or insurance

    • Your order will take 2-6 weeks to arrive and you will be notified when your order ships via email. 

    • Your order will be vacuum sealed and pompoms will need to be fluffed on low heat with a blow-dryer upon arrival.

    • Your order may come in 2 shipments. If it does you will see "Package 1 of 2" or "Package 2 of 2" on the envelope. 

    • If you need to return or exchange the cost of shipping the item back to me will be at your expense
       

  • Free TRACKED Shipping over +$150CAD
    • Your item will be shipping with tracking and can be expected in 1-2 weeks depending on where you are located in Canada. 

    • You will receive a tracking number when your item ships

    • If you do not receive your item within 3 days of the expected delivery date please contact us right away.

    • Each tracked package comes with insurance and with your cooperation a claim would need to be made before a replacement is sent to you. You will not be expected to wait for the claim to complete but you may need to confirm with the shipping company that you did not receive your package.  

Please note that I always do my best to put you first when a package gets lost. It's also important to keep in mind I am a small handmade business and not Amazon or a big box store. I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues and I deeply appreciate your support of my small business.
